About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional **Female Russian-Speaking Real Estate Agent** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with clients, passionate about sales, and eager to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the UAE property market
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- **Female candidate**
- Fluent in **Russian and English**
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- UAE driving license is an advantage
