Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable residential and commercial properties for renting, buying, or investing.
Responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, preparing and reviewing tenancy and sales documents, coordinating with landlords, property managers, and buyers, and ensuring smooth handover processes.
The role also involves researching market trends, providing accurate pricing and neighborhood information, and delivering professional, client-centered service that aligns with NelsonPark’s standards.
Agents are expected to collaborate with colleagues, attend team meetings and trainings, and actively contribute to the agency’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand diverse client needs and deliver personalized property solutions.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Sales and marketing mindset, with experience or interest in property sales, leasing, and promotion of listings through online platforms and social media.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple viewings, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about the Qatar real estate market, property regulations, and local neighborhoods.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and real estate listing systems; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for motivated candidates.
- Valid Qatar driving license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable access to transportation for property visits.
- Professional, ethical approach, with a commitment to non-discriminatory practices and compliance with company and legal standards.
