• Your Mission (Sales + Content + Field Work)
• Call, follow up, and convert buyers, investors, and tenants
• Build and aggressively manage your sales pipeline
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits
• Generate leads through networking, fieldwork, and personal outreach
• Create engaging real estate content (videos, reels, property tours, market updates)
• Promote listings across social media and help build the company’s digital presence
• Maintain CRM updates and ensure smooth deal tracking

What We Expect From You

• 1+ year experience in sales / real estate / telecalling / content creation
• Strong confidence in handling rejection and closing deals
• Comfortable in front of camera (basic content creation skills required)
• Fluent in Hindi & English (extra languages \= advantage)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and storytelling ability
• Self-driven — you create leads, you don’t wait for them
• Comfortable working in the field and on-the-go
• Basic CRM and social media knowledge
• UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory)
