Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ajman.
The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties across Ajman and surrounding emirates.
Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, and preparing necessary documentation for property transactions.
The role involves coordinating with property owners, developers, and prospective tenants, negotiating terms and prices, and ensuring that all transactions comply with local regulations.
The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing high-quality customer service, and representing the company’s values of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and relevant laws.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajman, manage multiple listings, and handle time-sensitive transactions efficiently.
- Comfort with using real estate CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software.
- Previous experience in UAE real estate or related fields is highly beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
