About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Real Estate Agent** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Abu Dhabi's real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Develop new business through networking and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum **1–3 years of real estate experience** in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
