Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, pricing, and current trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
Prepare and follow up on sales agreements and required documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
Arabic language is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
