Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide market analysis and guidance to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Use CRM and marketing tools to manage and grow the pipeline.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience as a real estate agent.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong local-market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
