Role overview

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close sales and rental transactions.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Analyze the market and track Dubai real estate trends, prices, and developments.
• Help clients find suitable properties, arrange viewings, and present listings and offers.
• Prepare transaction documentation and negotiate terms between parties.
• Follow up on leads, keep client records, and manage transactions through closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales or leasing targets.

Candidate requirements

• Strong English communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and target-oriented skills are required.
• Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Dubai real estate experience is a major plus, but ambitious fresh talent is welcome.
• Local market knowledge and additional languages are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation

• The offer includes a basic monthly salary and 30% commission for the first three months.
• Commission increases to 50% after three months, with potential to grow based on performance.
