Role overview
Fair Opportunity Real Estate seeks a motivated, experienced agent specializing in the secondary market and off-plan properties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and market secondary property listings.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups.
- Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide expert advice throughout the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of real estate experience in Dubai is mandatory.
- Proven experience in the secondary market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate communities.
- Knowledge or experience in other Dubai communities and Abu Dhabi is an advantage.
