Zenith Link Property is looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Administration
- Strong knowledge of Bayut and Property Finder listing management
- Experience with Trakheesi permit applications and renewals
- Familiarity with DLD, RERA, Form A, Form B, Form F, MOU, and tenancy contracts
- Experience managing property listings, lead distribution, and CRM systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate portals
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and other portals
- Process Trakheesi permits and ensure compliance with RERA regulations
- Prepare and maintain Forms A, B, F, tenancy contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and clients
- Maintain CRM records and property databases
- Monitor listing quality and portal performance
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
- Ensure all property documentation is accurate and up to date
