Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and greet clients professionally
- Prepare and organize contracts, tenancy agreements, and other real estate documents
- Maintain and update property listings on online portals and social media
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and real estate agents
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Assist in processing rental and sales transactions
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure the office is organized and operating efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
