Role overview

Recruitment and HR

• Cold-call real estate agents daily, schedule interviews, and invite candidates to the office.
• Present the company's business model, commission structures, and agent benefits.
• Manage recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding, and visa/RERA coordination.
• Maintain employee files and handle HR administrative tasks.

Administration and operations

• Manage CRM and listing portals and ensure RERA compliance.
• Support the sales team with documentation, contracts, and daily office administration.
• Manage property listings on real estate portals and the company CRM.
• Prepare A, B, and F sales contracts and other real estate documentation.
• Prepare and maintain property documents, contracts, and client records.
• Coordinate with agents, developers, and clients.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Admin, HR, or Recruitment in the UAE.
• Strong communication and cold-calling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate CRMs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 3,000–6,000 per month, depending on experience.
• The employer offers visa sponsorship, paid annual leave, and public holidays under UAE Labour Law.
• Competitive salary plus performance bonuses are offered.
