Job Title: Real Estate Admin
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our daily office operations and real estate activities.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market and be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative duties and coordination tasks
- Manage and maintain office files including contracts, tenancy agreements, and all property-related documentation
- Coordinate with office boy and driver for operational support
- Prepare Form A, Form B, and Form F
- Draft and process tenancy contracts
- Contact landlords for renewals, property viewings, and related updates
- Coordinate with brokers for deal closures, cheque handling, and payment processing
- Manage petty cash, office supplies, and stationery procurement
- Handle lead management: assign leads to agents and prepare lead reports
- Manage property listings across portals, including credits, updates, and modifications
- Perform basic photo editing and enhancement for property listings
- Maintain and update listing master files
- Maintain CRM by updating and managing lead master data
- Handle Trakheesi permits including applications and updates
- Manage developer contracts and related documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between developers and agents
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within real estate (UAE experience is mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to systems and workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
