We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Accountant with solid experience in handling financial operations related to property sales, rentals, and receivables.
Job Responsibilities
Record bank receipts and process refunds for unit sales and rental transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for sold and rented properties.
Prepare Statements of Accounts (SOA) for real estate customers.
Prepare tax invoices for property buyers and tenants.
Monitor and maintain cash flow projections related to unit receivables.
Follow up on receivables for installments and rentals, highlighting defaulters for further action if required.
Coordinate with CRM team and real estate agents regarding collections and client accounts.
Update changes in Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) and rental agreements in the system.
Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting
Strong knowledge of receivables, collections, and cash flow monitoring
Experience handling SPA contracts and rental agreements
Good knowledge of accounting software & Excel
Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with installment plans and property receivables
- Ability to prepare SOA and follow up with clients
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE
