Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a front-end development team using React.js.
• Own architecture and technical decisions for complex UI features and front-end systems.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with backend, design, DevOps, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Drive performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Manage task allocation and sprint planning for timely feature delivery.
• Ensure UI/UX consistency and quality across the product.

Technical Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on React.js experience, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
• Experience designing component libraries, design systems, and atomic design structures.
• Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering, and static site generation.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and front-end build optimization.
• Expertise in Jest, React Testing Library, and integration testing.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, ESLint, and Prettier.
• Experience deploying and scaling front-end applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Leadership and Experience

• Proven experience leading a front-end or full-stack development team.
• Ability to set coding standards, development workflows, and agile best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight timelines.
• Relevant industry experience in large-scale React.js web application development.
• Client communication is required.

Additional Skills

• Bonus exposure to micro frontends, performance profiling tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
