Company Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React JS web applications for banking and fintech use cases.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with Java Spring Boot backend teams on API contracts, BFF patterns, and integration design.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features under tight timelines while maintaining code quality standards.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions, contribute to design decisions, and document solutions.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, MQ-based messaging systems, and third-party financial services.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices across the team.
• Work with DevOps/cloud teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize web applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues rapidly and implement fixes with minimal downtime.

Frontend

• React JS — advanced proficiency: hooks, context, Redux/Zustand, lazy loading, code splitting

• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility standards
• REST API integration, Axios, Fetch, WebSockets
• Unit and integration testing: Jest, React Testing Library
• Performance optimization, bundle analysis, Lighthouse profiling
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture — module federation, single-spa, or similar approaches

Backend & Integration (Preferred)

• Working knowledge of Java Spring Boot — able to read, debug, and contribute to backend services
• Understanding of microservices architecture and BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns
• Experience with messaging systems (IBM MQ or similar) and REST API design
• Familiarity with Temenos T24 or core banking integration is a strong plus

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Understanding of technical architecture: layered, microservices, event-driven
• Web servers: Nginx, Apache — configuration, reverse proxy, and deployment
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP — basic to intermediate knowledge
• Containerization: Docker — Dockerfile authoring, image builds, container orchestration
• Kubernetes or Docker Compose for multi-service deployments is a strong plus
• CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent — must have configured and maintained pipelines
• Environment management: dev, staging, production deployments and release strategies

Databases

• Proficient in SQL: MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Ability to write and optimize queries, understand schema design and indexing
• Familiarity with NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) is a plus

Required Experience

• 4–6 years of professional React JS development in production environments
• Proven experience building web applications from scratch — greenfield projects, not just maintenance or feature additions
• Hands-on deployment experience: CI/CD pipelines, build optimization, release management, and production rollouts
• Containerization with Docker — building images, managing containers, and working within Docker
• Compose or Kubernetes environments
• Proven track record in banking, fintech, digital wallets, or payment platforms
• Experience delivering applications in regulated, high-availability environments
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile/scrum teams with rapid release cycles
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (mobile, backend, QA, DevOps, business)
