Role overview
The description seeks a team lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA.
The role manages daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of small sites and supervises store operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets and supporting team safety and morale.
- Manage team-member performance and prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
- Work with merchant stakeholders to improve operations processes and sustain performance improvements.
- Conduct daily 4M, 5S, and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
- Stand in for the Area Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an operational role.
