Role Purpose
Provide operational and administrative support to commercial and revenue activities, with focus on accurate billing, RCM portal coordination, revenue data preparation, and commercial documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices after confirming billing inputs and required supporting documents.
- Monitor invoice processing timelines and follow up internally to keep billing cycles on schedule.
- Coordinate credit-note requests when corrections, adjustments, or client-approved changes are needed.
- Extract, organize, and validate revenue data to support revenue reports and management dashboards.
- Manage RCM portal activities, including creation, tracking, and follow-up of RFAs and RFQs.
- Oversee billing submissions to clients and ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and sent on time.
- Maintain clear documentation for invoices, credit notes, RCM requests, client communications, and monthly billing evidence.
- Export and prepare daily supporting documents required for the monthly billing cycle.
- Update trackers for invoice status, pending approvals, missing documents, credit notes, and RCM requests.
- Coordinate with Revenue Manager, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and clients to close gaps and resolve billing issues.
- Support general commercial administration, including file organization, data entry, and report preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
