Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused RCBI Advisor to join our growing RCBI Client division.
The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors on global residency and citizenship-by-investment programs, including Europe and Caribbean offerings.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role requiring strong commercial acumen, credibility with affluent clients, and the ability to structure tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Residency & Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) programs (e.g., Greece Golden Visa, Cyprus PR, Caribbean Citizenship)
- Manage the full client journey from initial consultation through to deal closure
- Understand client objectives (mobility, tax, lifestyle, investment) and propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investors
- Collaborate with internal teams (real estate, legal, marketing) to structure and deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in CRM
- Stay up to date on global immigration programs, regulatory changes, and market trends
- Contribute to business development through networking, referrals, and partnerships
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in one of the following:
- Investment migration / RCBI
- Luxury real estate / property investment
- Private banking / wealth advisory
- Business setup / corporate services
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Ability to engage and build trust with HNW/UHNW clients
- Commercially driven with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus)
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate
