Job Title: RBI Specialist

Risk-Based Inspection Support

• **Assist in end-to-end execution of RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) frameworks**
• **Support identification and assessment of risks across business units (credit, operations, treasury, compliance)**
• **Map risks with control frameworks and regulatory expectations**

Data Collection & Validation

• **Gather, validate, and analyze data required for RBI inspections**
• **Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and consistency validations**
• **Create inspection-ready datasets, templates, and working papers**

Control Testing & Compliance Review

• **Conduct control testing as per defined RBI inspection guidelines**
• **Validate effectiveness of internal controls and flag gaps**
• **Document findings aligned with audit and regulatory standards**

Documentation & Reporting

• **Prepare inspection documentation, risk summaries, and issue logs**
• **Develop reports on risk exposure, control effectiveness, and compliance gaps**
• **Maintain audit trails and ensure documentation completeness**

Audit & Regulatory Inspection Coordination

• **Support onshore team during RBI inspections and supervisory reviews**
• **Track inspection observations, responses, and remediation plans**
• **Assist in closure of inspection findings and follow-ups**

Risk & Issue Management

• **Identify key risk indicators (KRIs) and potential compliance breaches**
• **Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action tracking**
• **Maintain centralized risk and issue registers**

Stakeholder Collaboration

• **Work closely with onshore risk, audit, compliance, and business teams**
• **Participate in governance calls and reporting reviews**
• **Ensure adherence to SLAs and offshore delivery standards**

Qualifications & Skills

• ✅ Education
• **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering**
• ✅ Experience
• **18-22 years of experience in:**
• + **Risk, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or inspection roles**
• **Direct or indirect exposure to RBI Risk-Based Inspection framework preferred**
• **Experience working in offshore/GCC delivery model**
• ✅ Technical Skills
• **Strong understanding of:**
• + **Risk management frameworks**
• + **RBI regulations and supervisory expectations**
• + **Internal controls and audit methodologies**
• **Advanced proficiency in:**
• + **MS Excel (pivot tables, reconciliation, data analysis)**
• + **PowerPoint and reporting tools**
• **Familiarity with data tools (SQL / Power BI) is a plus**
