Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.

Current BLS (American Heart Association) Certification required.

Certification by the State of California (CRT) required.

Certification by the State of California in Fluoroscopy required.

Certificate of venipuncture for contrast media injection required within 6-months of hire if establishing new IV access for the purpose of contrast injection.
