Radiologist, MD
Full Job Posting
Radiologist (Musculoskeletal)
Employed Radiologist for the state’s leading physician-owned orthopedic practice. Opportunity to develop subspecialty expertise and to participate in a collaborative clinical practice with a high-performing orthopedic team. You will work closely with specialized Orthopedic surgeons, Non-Operative Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. The case mix is primarily musculoskeletal and spine MRI, with opportunities for CT and radiographs. Depending on the case mix, average daily wRVU is 70-75.
We are looking for a full-time, high-quality, technologically savvy, and detail-oriented Radiologist with strong communication skills. Because our practice provides specialty orthopedic care for patients traveling from across the state, many of our exams require expedited turnaround for same-day clinic appointments.
You will join our existing radiology team, which works closely with our technologists to optimize protocols, assists with MRI safety, attends intermittent clinical conferences, and advises the practice on growing the musculoskeletal radiology service line.
MRIs are performed on 1.5T magnets and read on the Intelerad PACS platform with M*Modal voice recognition. Our in-house IT team supports you and our large orthopedic practice.
