Radiographer / X-ray Technician Job Description
A **Radiographer or X-ray Technician** is a healthcare professional who operates imaging equipment to help doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Main Duties
Prepare patients for X-ray, CT scan, MRI, mammography, or fluoroscopy procedures
Position patients correctly for accurate imaging
Operate radiology equipment safely
Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures
Maintain patient records and imaging reports
Assist radiologists and physicians during procedures
Check and maintain imaging equipment
Explain procedures to patients and reduce anxiety
Ensure image quality before submitting to doctors
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
