Radiographer

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiographer to join our imaging team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure the safety and comfort of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiology procedures and a commitment to providing the best possible care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment such as X-rays.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and positioning them correctly.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging results.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including infection control.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in imaging technology and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field.
• Valid DOH license.
• Experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
