Tasks
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
Manage priorities, timelines, and ensure proper project documentation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- 3โ6 years of strong experience in MERN Stack development .
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Git .
- Strong knowledge of React.js hooks, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB .
- Hands-on experience in frontend optimization and backend scalability .
- Excellent client communication skills with ability to gather and analyze requirements.
- Strong management & leadership skills to handle team and projects independently.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
