Introduction

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Process Analyst - HR supports employee and business needs while delivering HR services.
• Update and process employee data in the HR system to provide accurate and timely information.
• Resolve customer questions and issues regarding compensation administration and processes.
• Provide data for internal business controls and ensure compliance with client standards.
• Apply HR policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements when responding to employee queries.
• Serve as a process expert for newer team members.
• Create and maintain process documentation and participate in team quality control.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in Employee Data Management and issue resolution for an international IT or IT-enabled services company.
• Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues.
• Proficiency in Employee Data Management processes, excluding recruitment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement process changes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal customers and external suppliers on problem-solving and process enhancements.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Selected candidates must undergo a comprehensive background verification process.

Preferred Qualifications

• An MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• A self-directed and ambitious approach to meeting targets.
• Ability to analyze complex data with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
