How you’ll make an impact
- Lead projects from initiation through development, validation, industrialization, release, and closure, owning scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
- Build integrated plans for engineering, prototypes, documentation, validation, certification, procurement, industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and release; maintain schedules, work packages, resource and cost plans, risks, and actions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams and global engineering centers, factories, laboratories, and suppliers; monitor baselines and initiate recovery actions when commitments are at risk.
- Run project governance, including core-team, workstream, risk, steering, gate-review, and escalation forums; track gate conditions and actions through closure.
- Own project budgets and track approved budget, actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and expected final costs; prepare monthly forecasts and identify financial deviations early.
- Prepare funding and budget-change requests with business rationale and project impact, and ensure financial reporting matches the approved system.
- Ensure compliance with safety, integrity, quality, cybersecurity, regulatory, financial, procurement, and internal requirements.
Your background
