Role overview

Laboratory responsibilities

• Execute tests under Envalior EP procedures and relevant standards; report abnormal test data or equipment conditions.
• Maintain IRTC activity documentation, perform tests and archive data in LIMS, and operate and maintain equipment according to SOPs.
• Support PMS, calibration, and equipment maintenance; conduct SQC and validation testing and verify equipment performance.
• Receive, store, label, and dispose of samples according to company procedures.
• Implement 5S and Kaizen improvements and coordinate material availability with Technology, the warehouse, and other manufacturing sites.
• Work with QA on shared equipment; authorize tests and approve routine calibration, LIMS job acceptance, maintenance, and verification within assigned authority.
• Follow safety, LSR, Permit to Work, sample-handling, quality, and compliance procedures; report hazards and unsafe conditions.

Candidate requirements

• B.Tech in Polymer or Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience are required.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Technical knowledge should cover product and end-part testing, injection moulding, EP/ISO/ASTM test methods, materials, functional industrial requirements, and standards.
• NABL laboratory experience is advantageous.
