Job Summary: As an R&D Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the office.
You will undertake a variety of R&D team tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems both physical and digital
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus.
