What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
- Educate and assist guests with recommended maintenance for their vehicles
- Create accurate repair orders for routine preventative maintenance, including cost and time estimates
- Review completed work with guests and process payments
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

- A strong desire to provide outstanding guest service
- Valid Driver’s License
- Effective listening and communication skills with guests and Technicians
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
