Overview
- Al Adhwa Al Arabiah Build Cont.
- LLC is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control to join our team in Fujairah, UAE.  Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control
- Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and material reconciliation
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variation analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- UAE construction experience is preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Assist in project estimation and tendering
- Monitor project costs and material consumption
- Prepare cost reports and support project budgeting
