Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and cost management of high-end fit-out projects in Diriyah.
The role requires strong expertise in finishing works BOQs, material take-offs, and cost control within luxury interior environments.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ breakdowns for fit-out and finishing works.
Develop and review BOQs with strong focus on interior finishing packages.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and material systems to identify required scope and materials.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to prepare accurate material listings.
Evaluate variations, scope changes, and assess commercial impacts.
Measure completed works for interim payments, valuations, and claims.
Prepare cost reports, budgets, and progress financial tracking.
Support commercial control throughout project lifecycle to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
