About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze project estimates, budgets, and cost plan - BOQ / PCC / Estimation
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Monitor and control project costs and expenses
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Contracting Company in UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and ability to adapt sudden changes
