Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor you are expected to provide commercial support to the Delivery Teams.
This will include working with a wide variety of different contract types, mainly consisting of NEC4.
The role would need to manage tight deadlines to meet both internal and external reporting periods.

Requirements
- Due to the current team requirements, we are currently looking for someone with a solid range of experience and would be joining us at a qualified or near qualified level.
- Required
- Experience in QS environment with use of the NEC4 suite of contracts.
- Confident in reading and understanding project scope documents & drawings.
- Competency of MS Excel to advanced level.
- Full UK driving license & own transport.
- Desirable
- MEICA, Mechanical and/or electrical background
- Water industry experience
- RICS (or equivalent)
