Overview
HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated
Quantity Surveyor - LD
to support our line design projects by managing cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our LD projects, contributing to their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects
- Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes
- Monitor project expenditure and cost variations, providing regular financial reports
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done
- Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately
- Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence
- Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects
- Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to line design projects
- Good knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in construction projects within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is an advantage
- working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies
