  • حاسب كميات (Quantity Surveyor)
  • المتطلبات:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشاريع الإنشائية والتطوير العقاري
  • خبرة قوية في حصر الكميات وإعداد جداول الكميات والتكاليف
  • مراجعة المستخلصات وتحليل التكاليف
  • إجادة قراءة المخططات الهندسية
  • إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و Excel
  • القدرة على التعامل مع المقاولين والموردين
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الفلل والمشاريع السكنية داخل السعودية
  • الدقة وتحمل ضغط العمل
  • المؤهل المطلوب:
  • دبلوم معماري أو مدني
  • مكان العمل:
