Job Summary

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• , cost estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed
• quantity take-offs
• from drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
• Prepare and submit
• interim payment applications
• , valuations, and final accounts.
• Evaluate and negotiate

• , and claims in coordination with project and site teams.
• Review and assess
• subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Conduct regular

• Prepare and present

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum
• 5 years
• of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in
• residential, commercial
• or industrial construction projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

AutoCAD

• , and quantity take-off software (e.g., Planswfit, CostX, Candy, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of

MS Office

• (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of
• construction methods, materials

• Familiarity with

FIDIC, NEC, or JCT
