Role overview
PRIME Renovations and Technical Services is hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Estimate Engineer for residential and commercial renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai.
The role supports projects from tender to completion through pricing, planning, and cost support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for renovation and fit-out projects.
- Conduct take-offs from drawings and scopes of work.
- Source and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Support project managers with budgets, cost tracking, and variation orders.
- Clarify pricing and scope with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure estimates align with project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QS or estimation experience; fit-out or renovation experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractor networks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- UAE experience is required; residence visa status is a plus.
- Master Plumber certification is an advantage.
Compensation
- Starting pay is AED 6,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
