Key responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimates.
- Assist with payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project quantities and costs through regular site visits.
- Coordinate with site teams to verify completed works and measurements.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of quantity-surveying experience; construction or specialist-contracting experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQs, quantity measurements, and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence and availability for regular site visits.
Pay
- Pay range is AED 2,500–13,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person; the role includes regular site visits.
