Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare and evaluate; the source description is truncated before stating what is to be prepared and evaluated.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in construction or contracting projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, variations, and project cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
Compensation
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
