Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor - Electrical, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs throughout the project lifecycle, planning budgets, and performing periodic cost reporting.
The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
·
Experience
in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
· Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting processes
· Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other cost management software)
· Degree or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
· 3 – 4 Years previous experience in electrical projects or electromechanical contracting.
