Targets for the Quantity Surveyor will be set and reviewed on a 6 monthly basis, aligned with the responsibilities and behaviours listed within this job description. The section below will be used to record key targets, which will align with Performance Reviews undertaken via the current Group process.

Independently contribute to prompt payment of sub-contracts and maintenance of sub-contract liabilities and other trackers

Complete and well organised records

Contribute to the timely production of Cost and value reconciliations.

Maintain a professional development log and commit to continuous improvement.
