Quantity Surveyor
Industry: Construction (Swimming Pool, Interior Fit-Out & Joinery)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope for accurate costing.
- Handle tendering process, including preparation, submission, and evaluation.
- Monitor project costs and provide cost control throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and cost implications.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of project costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
