Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in High-Rise Building and Villa Construction Projects in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, subcontractor management, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and material quantities
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
- Handle variations, interim valuations, and final account settlements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure cost control and commercial compliance throughout project execution
- Prepare monthly cost reports and project progress documentation
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 4–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in UAE construction projects
- Strong experience in High-Rise Towers and Villa Projects
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, contracts, and cost control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS/Estimation software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- UAE experience preferred
