Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for on-site cost control, preparing BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

The role requires the ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

Experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the consulatancy in the UAE is desirable
Familiar with POMI
Must have knowledge about the building process especially Villas.

Salary

AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
