Role overview
Manage construction project costs from initial estimation through final figures while ensuring value for money, required standards, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Price and forecast the cost of project materials.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
- Track design or construction changes and adjust budget projections.
- Procure or agree on services from project contractors and subcontractors.
- Measure and value work completed on site.
- Prepare and review subcontractor bills.
- Select or source construction materials and send quotations to vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and project-related reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and regulations.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving licence required.
- Ability to join immediately.
Workplace
- The role includes measuring and valuing completed work on site.
