Asphalt roads is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Roads & Asphalt Division in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have experience in road construction, asphalt works, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Estimate project costs and prepare cost reports.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare subcontractor comparisons and evaluate quotations.
Process monthly payment applications and subcontractor invoices.
Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and support budget control.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients.
