Role overview
Manage cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
- Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
- Measure completed work and prepare bills of quantities for changes or additional works.
- Assist with claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
- Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
