Interior fit-out and design company based in Dubai delivers residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
The company is expanding its team and seeks a Quantity Surveyor.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QS software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
