We Offer
- Salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in quality assurance, audits, SOP development, and service standards
- Knowledge of spa operations, hygiene standards, and municipality regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and reporting skills
- Experience with KPI monitoring and continuous quality improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Spa SOPs and service standards
- Conduct quality audits and inspections
- Monitor treatment quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with municipality, health, safety, and quality regulations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare quality performance reports
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
